Sanderson’s Herbal Workshops and Talks

Thursday 30th January 2020    Bach Flower Remedies

with Catherine Sanderson, Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner

Alnwick Arts & Crafts Centre NE66 1TD   9.30am to 12.30pm

The Bach Flower Remedies help people, dogs, cats and horses to cope with everyday fears and worries, feel more confident, and deal more easily with stressful situations.

Many people know and use Bach Rescue Remedy. However, Dr Bach developed 38 Flower Remedies and this workshop will look at how the remedies are made from plant to treatment bottle, explore the plants and trees selected for the remedies and how to choose remedies for your own use.

You will make a personal blend of up to seven remedies to take home with you. You can choose your remedies from the 38 original Bach Flower Remedies which are preserved in a little brandy or the same remedies preserved in vegetable glycerine.

Workshop fee £25.00 includes one personal blend 30ml bottle and tea/coffee. Book at the Centre or ring 01665 606777 or email enquiries@alnwickcentre.co.uk
